Andrea L. Rich

Andrea Lee Rich, Born October 6, 1943 and Died: June 30, 2008. Andrea was a long time resident of Maryville. Her journey started in California where she fell in love with a soldier from Tennessee. She left her home to make a family with her new husband. She is survived by her Husband, Robert Rich, Her Children- David, Michael, Gina, and Steven, Her Grandchildren- Anthony, Patrick, Amanda, Michaela, Sarah, and Skyler and her Great Grandchildren- Landon, Lamaya, and Briley. Her sisters loved her throughout the years. Andrea gave the world a different perspective. She loved small, fun moments of beauty in flowers and animals. She loved her dogs Elsie and Ayla, being by the lake and having family get-togethers. She was an avid reader, lover of language and word games. She loved working with her husband and being a Mother and grandmother. She had an infectious laugh and learned to spin a yarn to entertain. Her laugh gave pleasure to all who knew her. Andrea will be laid to rest on Thursday, July 3, 2008 at 2:00 pm at Logan's Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Maryville. Smith Funeral & Cremation Service, 865-983-1000.
