Alva R. Myers

Alva Fancher Myers age 80 of Townsend passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at the family home. She was a member of Caylor’s Chapel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Husband, Earl Myers; Parents, Carl & Flora Jane Fancher; Sister, Wilma Keeler. Survivors include: Daughter & Son-in-law, Sandra & Scott Chambers; Grandchildren, Russell (Rusty) Chambers and Mitchel Chambers; Brother & Sister-in-law, Don & Whona Fancher. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Brad Scheafnocker officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 3:45 PM, Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Maddox Cemetery.
