Aletha Cay Campbell

Aletha Cay Campbell age 58 of Louisville, TN passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018. She was a 1978 graduate of Friendsville High School and worked for Alcoa Elementary School for 9 years. Cay loved flowers and spending time with her family. She was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church. She was a faithful and loving wife, devoted mother, sister, and friend who will be missed by all who knew her. Preceded in death by grandparents, Leon and Anna Best, Tip Fishburn, Nellie Huffstetler. Survived by parents, Troy Best and Harriet Ann Best; husband, Johnny Campbell; son and fiancé, J.J. Campbell and Brennan Berry of Louisville, TN; sister and brother-in-law, Melissa and Dave Tom of Knoxville, TN; many nieces, nephews, and other family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Immanuel United Methodist Church, 2349 Mentor Rd. Louisville, TN 37777. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Friday, December 14, 2018 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Jason Stubblefield officiating.
