Albert Glenn, Jr. age 82 of Maryville passed away Tuesday, September 09, 2008 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He served in World War II and was a Veteran of United States Army. He enjoyed carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work and helping others with odd jobs. He loved his travels in Alaska. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #469, Martha Washington Chapter #231, Order of the Eastern Star, and the Scottish Rite. Preceded in death by: Parents, Albert Sr. & Maggie Glenn; Brothers, Oran Glenn, A.D. Glenn; Sister, Mary Fred Drinnen. Survivors include: Wife, Della L. Glenn; Daughter & Son-in-law, Cheryl & David Garner of Maryville; Step Children, Larry Bryant, Violet Ross, and Mary Henry; Grandchildren, Missy, Suzy, Julie, Emily, and Dave Garner; Step-Grandchildren, Shawn Bryant, Tanya Hill, Stephanie Ross, and Brent Ross; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and entombment at 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 12, 2008 at Sherwood Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. George Macht officiating.
